Onimo Web Design ("we", "us", "our") runs onimo.co.uk. This page explains what personal data we collect, what we do with it, and the rights you have under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect

We only collect what we actually need:

• Contact form submissions — your name, email, and anything you type into the message field. If you tell us your phone, company, or budget, we keep that too.
• Server logs — standard web server access logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user agent). Kept for up to 30 days for security and debugging.
• Analytics — privacy-respecting anonymous visit data (page views, referrer, rough country). No personal identifiers, no cross-site tracking.

Why we collect it

• To reply to enquiries you send us.
• To send follow-up project communications if you become a client.
• To keep the site running safely and fix problems.
• To understand, at an aggregate level, which pages are useful.

Who we share it with

We don't sell your data and we don't share it with advertisers. We use a small number of trusted suppliers to run our business (email hosting, web hosting, analytics) — they process data on our behalf under standard data processing agreements.

How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for up to 3 years so we have a record of past conversations. If you become a client, project communications are kept for 7 years for accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what data we hold, correct anything inaccurate, delete it, or stop processing it. Email hello@onimo.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
